WellSmart is a family & friends run business completely dedicated to Smart Cars. We are proud to have clocked up over 16 years of Smart ownership between 4 of us!
At our site in Somerset we offer full workshop facilities including servicing, fitting for all the parts we sell, custom paint work and tuning packages complimented by our Digitec Remapping Facility.

Making A Purchase:

Using this site could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished browsing, click on 'PayPal Checkout' or (HSBC) 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details which we need to be able to complete your order.

In the interests of security we only accept payment through PayPal or via our online HSBC secure e-payment terminal. Look for the padlock symbol in the bottom right of your window which shows it is secure. Payment through any other method is not accepted!  If you are shopping from Europe, USA, or Canada please select your currency at the top of the page to see prices in Euros, Dollars, Canadian Dollars or Pounds sterling.

We accept all Major Credit & Debit Cards except American Express & Diners Club via HSBC.

When confirmation of your order is received, this indicates that we have also received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, if we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable to you although we will always try to honor any advertised price.

Returns/Cancellations:

We will always try to accept returns/cancellations within a reasonable timescale, for non-faulty items we are unable to refund any postage charges. Items should be in a re-sale able condition and unused, there will be a re-stocking/handling fee of 10% of the cost of the items.
Some items are special order items which we would not usually hold in stock, in this instance we will again try to accept a return/cancellation but we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the cost of these items. Special order items include, but are not limited to, wheels, panels and custom exhausts.

Shipping And Handling

All items up to 2kgs are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery or Airmail. Items over 2kgs are sent by Parcelforce which is fully tracked. When ordering multiple small weight items do check that buying them individually is not cheaper, this is particularly the case for non-european customers where the changeover from Royalmail to Parcelforce can inflate postal charges. Insurance cover is automatically included at either Royal Mail or Parcel Force Standard Rates.

Delivery Schedule

Once your order has been processed most items will be dispatched within 5 working days. Working days being Tuesday to Saturday but please note that couriers do not work on a Saturday!

Delivery times vary depending on the method chosen. The courier option is usually the quickest. The UK utilises a 24hr service, Europe 48hr and the rest of the world varies between 3-5 working days.  Whilst they are usually quite reliable there is no guarantee that these times will be honoured by the courier and are out of our control.

WellSmart Online do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than to enable us to process orders. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
